Themes for Cadre 1 and Cadre 3

Janet:

Hello Michael!

In our last session, you indicated that Putin is from Energy Ring 5. Previously you told Daniela that he was Energy Ring 3. Will you please confirm Putin’s Energy Ring?

Then 

You gave Geraldine a summary of Cadre 2’s theme and a description of how Cadre 2’s members may experience this theme. You also told Geraldine that “Cadre Two seems to have a theme of emphasis of specialty in Color and Light.” 

I would like to collect similar information for all the other Cadres in our Energy Ring (except C4, of course) to be a resource for TLE members. 

That is: the theme of Cadre, the Cadre’s “emphasis of specialty,” and how members of the Cadre may experience the theme and/or emphasis. 

I expect that the theme and the emphasis can be summed up in a phrase or two. However, the info on how Cadre 2’s members experience the themes was fairly detailed and useful for validation. It was useful for me!

So, I don’t know how much time or effort this will take if it is to be useful to other Cadre members.  

Please just start with Cadre 1 and we’ll see how far we get today.

Energy Ring 5 is correct. 

CADRE 1 ENTITIES:

Overall Cadre Theme could be described as IMMERSION. Cadre One members tend to get dirty, run into the mix of events, run toward experiences rather than away from them, and dive deep into experiences in ways that keep them connected to events well beyond themselves, regardless of how much distance they put between themselves and the world. Cadre One members are profoundly immersed in an intellectual analysis of nearly everything, constantly assessing and processing events and experiences. They also tend to be quite visceral in terms of experiences beyond themselves. This is not to say that there are no lifetimes of solitude and peace, or that there are no Personalities who are disconnected and uninterested, but for Cadre One members, it usually takes great conscious effort to override the patterns and themes of Immersion that keep them caught up in the movements of life.

This is due, in part, to the Love Position of the Cadre and the inescapable reality that Love must include everything. This means they are always in a dynamic of inclusion vs exclusion and this may show up for individuals as a "love/hate" relationship with life, people, or themselves.

They are always trying to Love, even when they do not realize it.

They are always asking to be Loved, even when they do not realize it.

Cadre One Entities tend to specialize in COMMUNICATION/EXPRESSION. No matter what the Role or Entity, members of Cadre One will often find themselves in extremes of experiences where communication and expression are amplified or they are subdued into near silence.

Lifetimes tend to excel in communication and expression or it is one of their greatest challenges.

Does this suffice for Cadre One?

Janet: Yes. Cadre 1 members can add to it if they like. 

MEntity: We will add that Cadre One members have specialized in Communication/Expression because they are almost always being watched, exposed, examined, etc. and this puts them in positions where communication and refined expression become quite important. This is also why students may find more "famous" people from Cadre One than would seem to be reasonable. 

Janet: 

You told Geraldine: “Cadre Two seems to have a theme of emphasis of specialty in Color and Light. We refer to this collective consciousness as Polymous. We remind all here that the "names" we share here are translations from a less-verbal means by which we actually refer to your Cadres." 

I originally thought Polymous was a descriptive term but I can’t find it defined anywhere, so now I think – given your following sentence above – that you meant it as a name. So do you have a name for Cadre One?

MEntity: 

All Cadres have various "names," but we have seen EMLEN quite consistently.

Do we move to Cadre 3 or were there more questions regarding Cadre 2?

Janet: Cadre 3 is next

MEntity: 

CADRE 3 ENTITIES:

Cadre Three is themed in INTERDEPENDENCE. This is a Cadre that is learning and teaching all about the dynamics of independence vs dependence vs interdependence and reaching that shared space and time of experiences and meaning. Regardless of Role or Entity, all members of Cadre 3 tend to explore how to depend upon each other, where the boundaries should be, limitations on giving and receiving, etc.

Cadre Three tends to specialize in NAVIGATION or ORIENTATION, creating lifetimes and experiences that help one find their way somewhere, or out of something, or into something, etc. There tends to always be an undercurrent of creating or finding a path.

Members tend to experience this in their lives through relationships. They will either become quite strict about their relationships in that lifetime, or they can become quite broad and diverse, but the themes of Interdependence and becoming a compass for others will tend to be quite present for most.

Cadre Three has been referred to as YORI.

Janet: Is there a connection to their position 3 function of Compassion?

MEntity: Of course.

Today I found this content from a shared session, and I thought it needs to be added here because has info on Cadre 3 that is directly relevant to this session:

[MikeClev] I wonder if you could define 'compassion' as relates to the 3rd position cadres and how that might show itself?

MEntity: In this larger context, Compassion refers to collective themes of those members as they explore what it means to expand beyond one's personal experience as a means to relate to others. Compassion is a part of every fragment's journey, of course, but Cadre 3 would have this as a persistent, collective theme so that all nuances are explored and acts as a resource for others across the Energy Ring to compare against and learn from.
