Paleolithic Machiavelli: My Most Karmic Lifetime

MEntity: Hello to each of you. We are here, now. We can begin.
ConnorB:
Hello again, Michael! In a previous exchange, I asked you to describe my past life who had murdered the most people, and you told me about an Infant Soul healer who accrued 38 murder Ribbons for killing most of their tribe with poison darts “for science” because they wanted to develop a toxin into a medical sedative.
I even accidentally darted one of you, as you may recall.
I love learning about the worst messes I have made throughout my incarnational history and would like to continue doing so. 38 Ribbons seems surprisingly low. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not disappointed the number isn’t higher, but I have a feeling there are other lifetimes who accrued far more Karma. Can you describe my most karmic lifetime?
I am defining “most karmic lifetime” as whomever among my 338 past Personalities managed to accrue the most Karmic Ribbons. If it is the same as the toxic dart enthusiast described above, then pick the next-worst, but I have a feeling it will not be the same lifetime.
MEntity: Let us clarify first. Your definition of "most karmic" is understandable, but not accurate in terms of how karma is generated and experienced. Karmic Ribbons are not a tally of harm, nor a scoreboard of severity. They are specific energetic links generated when choice overrides the capacity for choice in another fragment, particularly where there is recognition, resonance, and close relationships. This means that a lifetime of widespread harm may generate fewer ribbons than a lifetime of fewer, but more personally entangled violations. So your "worst" lifetime in terms of impact is not necessarily your "most karmic" in terms of Ribbons.
ConnorB: Ahh.
MEntity:
In your case, the lifetime with the highest concentration of active Karmic Ribbons was not one of mass harm, but one of intimate coercion and sustained entanglement with another.
We think this would have been around 3rd Level Young in Eastern Europe during a time of fragmented feudal authority. From an early age, the Personality of that lifetime developed a strong emphasis on observation, pattern recognition, and social positioning. Communication was used as a powerful tool for navigation and gaining advantage. The Personality learned quickly that influence did not require force if one could manage perception, expectation, and dependency. As the Personality matured, this translated into a role as a regional enforcer or steward of land and resources, responsible for maintaining order, collecting obligations, and ensuring loyalty among those under your jurisdiction. This Personality was obsessed with precision in control. He understood people well enough to know what they feared, what they needed, and what they hoped for, and he would use that understanding to shape their choices. Agreements were rarely equal and compliance was often engineered and when loyalty was cultivated, it was also tested and exploited. So the defining pattern of this life was the conscious orchestration of limited choice in others through manipulation of survival resources, distortion of communication, and strategic betrayal involving those who trusted you. Those choices generated significant karmic entanglements because they were enacted with awareness of their impact on specific individuals and this impact was brought to them repeatedly. In later years, life was marked by isolation and lack of any genuine connection because control replaced intimacy and mutuality. This lifetime explored the consequences of power without empathy and expression without responsibility, possibly forming a foundation for your current emphasis on truth, consent, and authentic exchanges.
This may not seem as dramatic as the other lifetime described, but this is an example of a very messy lifetime, so to speak, that generated deep ribbons with several who were in your care. Sometimes stabbing a thousand times with a toothpick is worse than a single stab to the back.
ConnorB: Was this my most harmful life? Or was it the most karmic?
MEntity: Most Karmic.
ConnorB: Cool. One of these days I will return to ask you about my most harmful. I'm sure it's a doozy.
MEntity: Most harmful would still stand as the poison dart lifetime, we think.
ConnorB: Really? Killing almost 40 people is as harmful as I got? LOL. That's not bad. I thought I might have burned a kingdom and turned its people into furniture or something.
MEntity:
It may be a playful romantic notion that one may wreak havoc across lifetimes, but many never do so at all. Your "worst" is relative to your history, but in terms of all of history, yours is a misstep compared to some others. It is a misnomer and a misunderstanding that "everyone" plays all roles in life across lifetimes. There are many who rarely or never intentionally harm. There are others who do so quite regularly before shifting away from harm. There are others who do so in such a way that they actively seek never to do so again.
Your romanticizing your potential past as a diabolical villain may be more about your Self-Karma in the current life as you seek to reconcile the desire vs resentment for the aim to be "a good guy". If that does not resonate or make sense, we can expand upon that in further exchanges.
ConnorB: Interesting. I hadn't thought of that.

Asking about our worst lifetimes is a great deal of fun.
This one wasn't quite as dramatic as I'd expected, but still. I must have been a treat to know back in those days. Which of my past lives would you rather hang out with - the poison dart enthusiast or Paleolithic Machiavelli? I'd go with the latter. No poison dart cutting your beautiful life short, and being the confident choice-oriented Michael students you all are, I'm sure you'll prove more than a match for Paleolithic Machiavelli's attempts at manipulation.
For context, my Young Soul Age supposedly spanned around 2,500,000 - 1,000,000 BCE., so this 3rd Young lifetime probably took place around 1.5 or 2 million years ago.
