MICHAEL SPEAKS – Open Floor / Ask Anything – July 26, 2026

MEntity:

Hello to each of you. We are here, now. We can begin. Today we open the floor to your questions. We will respond as best we can.

****QUEUE IS NOW OPEN****

Lex Ellei:

Regarding the Fourth Internal Monad (Sixth Stage):

In 2001, you stated, “The positive pole maintains clear communication, acknowledgment of Traveling Companions, and a more accurate view of the future.”

Why is acknowledging Traveling Companions part of the Fourth Internal Monad and not, for example, acknowledging Task Companions or any other Essence connections?

MEntity:

As this is a stage where one amplifies magnetism through attraction or repulsion, it is also a stage of Recognition. As one matures, so does one's capacity to recognize the Essences of others and acknowledge the sense of history beyond the current Personalities. It is not that one would necessarily seek out Traveling Companions, but that during a stage where Agreements and Karma and Support are emphasized, it is important to trust that sense of acknowledgement. The quote you cite is from a phase in Troy's own expansion of channeling where uncertainty was being navigated for the sake of that expansion, and we would phrase things differently now. We would simply clarify that the degree of Essence Recognition can be proportional to the degree of success of this stage in the internal monad.

This would include all relevant relationships of Agreements, Karma, Support, and other various connections.

Maureen: I’ve wondered for years what practical benefit comes from living in the physical world, being incarnated, when you have dementia, schizophrenia or some other mind/soul condition where you likely spend all or most of your time on the Astral plane. You’re “present but not accounted for”. Being in a coma is another example. I’m sure there are many more. To be clear, I spend a lot of time on the Astral plane, myself, so I may be the kettle calling the pot black. I’d like to make sense of this so I can perceive these differences with a wider lens. What’s the benefit to being here physically but your head/mind is somewhere else? There must be a synergy. How does this work?

MEntity:

First, we would clarify that dementia, schizophrenia, coma, dissociation, and other altered states are not the same thing, nor do they necessarily mean a person is spending most of the time on the Astral Plane. Much of what occurs in these conditions is still physical, neurological, emotional, and part of the Personality, even if there can sometimes be greater permeability between the states of consciousness.

The value of incarnation does not depend upon being consistently lucid, productive, or socially responsive. The body itself is part of the experience. Sensation, dependency, limitation, memory loss, altered perception, receiving care, resisting care, familiarity, touch, music, fear, affection, and vulnerability are all forms of participation in the Physical Plane. Essence does not require Personality to understand or narrate these experiences for them to matter. In dementia, for example, the gradual dismantling of familiar identity and autonomy can be a vital part of the life experience. In coma, there may be much more Astral activity while the body remains as an anchor for recovery, Agreements, family processes, decisions about continuation, etc.

The synergy is that incarnation is never experienced in isolation. A person who becomes profoundly dependent may also become part of experiences for others involving care, grief, resentment, devotion, exhaustion, boundaries, morality, choice, etc. This does not mean the condition was imposed for anyone else's benefit, but that Essence can use whatever circumstances arise in many directions at once. There is no requirement that every phase of life be obviously useful or efficient. Sometimes remaining embodied is part of the completion of that life.

Consciousness does not stop participating just because Personality no longer participates in familiar ways. The emphasis may shift toward the body, relationships, Essence or Astral Activity, but physical incarnation continues to offer something quite unique until the body is relinquished.

Petra ~: July 26th 2026 Hello Michael via Troy! MEntity: Every Entity participates in all Harmonies to some degree, but certain Harmonies become more emphasized, amplified, anchored, or characteristic within the Entity. I'd like to know about Cadre 1 Entity 1, 4, 6, and 7 which Harmonies are more emphasized, amplified, anchored or characteristic in those Entities?

MEntity:

1-1 Harmonies 1, 3, 4; 1-4 Harmonies 6, 4, 7; 1-6 Harmonies 5, 2, 3; 1-7 7, 6, 5

It should be noted that when the "weight" of distribution of the different Harmonies are considered on the scale of the full Cadre, we might refer to those more weighted Harmonies to be the "Harmonic Signature" of a Cadre. In this case, there is emphases on 4, 6, and 3, or Connection, Reflection, and Expression. We would also note here that the higher emphases or weighted harmonies create their own kind of chord that we have been mapping and correlating to meaningful terms. For example, Cadre 1 with its Harmonic Signature being a combination of 4, 6, 3 or Connection, Reflection, and Expression might be best understood as the Cadre of Communion. We say this because this Cadre would be bringing separate perspectives into Connection, understanding what is revealed through Reflection, and returning that understanding through Expression. Communion is an emphasis on meaningful exchange. In this sense, Cadre 1 members tend toward creating bridges between experiences, perspectives, and fragments so that what is learned through one may become meaningful and accessible to others.

KatjaB: Some time ago I met someone named Kurt Leland. He is from Boston and researched the Seth Material for most of his life. He wrote several books about his life, his findings and also to teach others to work with the many exercises taught by Seth. The titles are “Otherwhere“ or “The Multidimensional Human“. I followed his advice and was able to receive messages at will from my instinctive center I believe. He channels a source he called “Charles“. He has been in contact with the Michael Teachings but chose to pursue the Teachings of Seth. I couldn‘t find anything about him in the library. My question: Who is Charles? Is he/are they a causal entity, maybe from your cadre, as they also refer to Seth as I understood it? What is your assessment of the work of Kurt Leland and if there is time, I’d be interested in his Role/Casting, Soul Age and Level. Thank you.

MEntity:

"Charles" is a group of teachers from the Astral Plane accessed through a relatively stable interface generated among Kurt's Essence, some members of his Support Circle, and several discarnate fragments who participate in this teaching configuration. "Charles" is real as a source of communication, but the name does not correspond to any one individual or entity. It seems there is a consistency in the teaching, but not necessarily in the identity of Charles. It is more like Kurt discovered a frequency that allowed connection and named the frequency, not the source.

Many channels are familiar with our teaching and Seth's teaching and tend to mix those sources into their channeling of other sources, mostly due to the concepts already being defined and organized in our teachings, which makes it easier for receiving data from other sources. This can be problematic at times, as some channels become dependent on known sources and do not develop strong channeling skills, but will use the terminology to frame their own ideas. By naming a separate source while using terminology from established sources, it helps the channel to avoid accountability for consistency and clarity and cohesion in their work. This usually happens for channels who are more eager for the romantic ideals of channeling than for being valid channels. However, using terminology of other sources can work very well to create a foundation for a valid channel to establish their work with their own sources.

We would say that Kurt's work is unusually responsible among those who explore in these areas. We do not mean that every conclusion is accurate. His maps are interpretations and some of his terminology combines theosophy, Seth, personal exploration, and his own conceptual models. We think the emphasis on experimentation, observation, verification through experience, and development of discernment rather than submission to authority is Good Work. This is the 5th Level Old Scholar-Cast Artisan.

Nan P: I would like to understand better the relation between the earlier and later lifetimes of an Essence. I have understood that once a lifetime is created, it remains an individual, still learning and growing, long after the earth life. But I have also understood that something from an individual lifetime is passed on to and affects the creation of future lifetimes, through a mechanism that involves the Instinctive Center or root chakra. Can you sort out for us what from our past lives (still individuals in the afterlife?) passes to our current life and what from our current life passes on to future lives?

MEntity:

First, we would say that some confusion comes from treating "past lives" as though they are either completely gone or still existing as fully separate people. Neither is quite accurate.

Each Personality is a unique creation of Essence. Once created, that Personality is never erased. After death, it continues through the Astral Plane as itself, processing the life, completing relationships, reviewing choices, and gradually expanding its perspective beyond the limitations it had while incarnate. Over time, however, its sense of separateness becomes less important as it recognizes itself increasingly as an expression of Essence. It does not cease to exist, but does eventually become integrated.

What carries forward into new lifetimes is not the previous Personality, itself, as in Essence placing a "Nan from another century" inside Present Nan. What is carried forward is the accumulated record of experiences. The Instinctive Center is part of the mechanism through which continuity is made available to the new Personality. It carries what we might call the biological and experiential archive of Essence as it relates to incarnations, such as patterns of survival, unfinished karma, deeply established affinities and aversions, accumulated skills, emotional imprints, Agreements, and certain habits of perception that may become relevant.

This is why a present Personality may experience feeling much older than the current life without possessing any conscious memory of another lifetime. The Instinctive Center is where Essence stores all that it extracts from having been YOU across time. Choices, conclusions, emotional experiences, skills, Karma, relationships, fears, pleasures, failures, creations, and discoveries that have all become a part of Essence. Some of these may directly influence the design of later Personalities, while much of it simply becomes part of the increasingly rich intelligence from which Essence creates. Each lifetime comes with a kind of inheritance. The individual continues its own post-physical process while the experience of that individual becomes part of Essence and can inform every lifetime that follows.

Reincarnation is not one person repeatedly returning, but Essence repeatedly creating new people, each of whom becomes permanent in existence, all while carrying forward an increasingly vast inheritance from all who came before.

KatjaB:

I am posting this question for Delphi who had to leave early at her request:

A few months ago you made a remark about some essences never resorting to harm the entire grand cycle while some others consistently choose to until there comes a point where they never harm again. What causes some essences to prefer one over another? And amongst these varied relationships to and styles of harm, where has my essence and its personalities tended to sit and what does this reveal about broader types of essences? And how the arc of essence evolution can take place?

MEntity:

We would first clarify that an Essence does not begin a Grand Cycle with a fixed moral character. What differs is the relationship each Essence develops to consequence, impact, separation, and the use of force. Some Essences learn very early that harm is an inefficient means of creating experience and therefore rarely choose it, even when they are frightened, deprived, threatened, or powerful. Others are far more willing to explore domination, cruelty, exploitation, neglect, or violence because these become part of how they learn the boundaries between self and other, choice and consequence, power and responsibility. Neither pattern makes one Essence more evolved than another at the outset, but they are simply different routes through the same eventual education in interdependence.

There are Essences that may move through an entire Grand Cycle with remarkably little deliberate harm. This does not mean that their Personalities never caused pain, made selfish choices, participated in destructive systems, or failed others. It means that intentional harm is rarely used as a primary method for learning. These Essences tend to learn through observation, empathy, creation, cooperation, loss, responsibility, and the consequences of omission.

Other Essences are much more experiential with power. They may repeatedly explore what happens when one imposes upon another, takes without consent, reduces another to an object, or prioritizes personal gain over consequences. Eventually, however, the accumulated comprehension becomes so complete that certain forms of harm simply cease to be interesting or viable. It is not that Essence becomes morally prohibited from harming, but that they have exhausted that path of learning.

Evolution does not produce an Essence that is merely better behaved. It produces an Essence for whom fewer forms of separation remain convincing. The more Essence comprehends that the other is not truly separate from the self, the less compelling intentional harm becomes.

One can still defend, interrupt, resist, fight, destroy, or kill under certain conditions without those acts being rooted in the wish to cause suffering. Older Souls are not universally gentle. In some cases, they become even more decisive in their convictions because they understand that refusing to act can also contribute to harm.

Your Essence would be around the middle range, with no real extremes on either end.

We can address this as a dedicated topic in further exchanges.

For now, we must conclude here for today. Good day to each of you. Goodbye, for now.
