Riding the waves of collective change...

channeled by Babylove on 3.17.22

Note from Archivist: The TLE Library is primarily an archive of sessions channeled by Troy Tolley, and all work presented here should be assumed to be channeled by Troy unless a note like this one is included.

Babylove (aka Nick Sweeney) was mentored by Troy, and participates in the TLE Community as a student. We have elected to post sessions channeled by Nick in this library if shared within TLE because these sessions often continue conversations begun with a session channeled by Troy or vice versa. Other content channeled by Nick may be found by searching for ChannelNS.

this was a very timely and healing session for me. i want to ask more about navigating COVID specifically but this was moreso what I needed to hear in a broader sense. i love how practical and simple yet impactful this was. very much looking forward to post-May lol

avi: Hey Michael! I wanted to first ask about how I can best navigate these trying times especially with the pandemic. I've been feeling pretty great about keeping my inspiration up but like many of us, I'm exhausted!! Plus with COVID and the world opening up and navigating worries of mutations, of getting long COVID (or getting it again at all), of how not to contribute to it negatively while not locking myself in the house forever. Also, I'd like to feel more empowered I guess. I'm learning that that helps me not worry so much about issues in life when I feel I'm contributing positively in some way and not just sitting around anxious

MEntity: One moment while we compile our response.

Avi: Especially with me being sensitive, the energy has felt like a lot at times

MEntity

You are not alone. Everyone is experiencing their own version of what you describe and everyone is managing extreme sensitivity at the moment. Our channel has just released an article speaking about this time of heightened sensitivity. He will direct you to it after our meeting.

Now, we will address your concerns in more depth.

The best way to "keep your inspiration up," ironically, is to allow yourself those natural moments of little inspiration, exhaustion, rest, and self-care. In other words, you can take the pressure off of yourself to always be "on" and "up". This is simply not possible, especially during these times of massive change and challenge. To stay "on" and "up" would be like being in the ocean and fighting wave after wave after wave as you try to remain stationary and "unmoved". The energies of the collective and your processing of these energies and choices are like waves that you can either resist or surrender to and let them move you. Sometimes you will need to "go back to shore" to rest, collect yourself, nurture yourself, so that you can return to the water with more presence and vitality. And sometimes you can take your "battered" heart and mind back to shore as fuel for creativity. This would be like the artist who takes his brooding angst into the recording studio or lets it wash out onto the painting canvas, etc.

So, allow your inspiration and attention on movement forward to ebb and flow. You will not be left behind if you allow yourself to rest and "regroup". And you are not running out of time. Everyone else is "struggling," as well.

We can also suggest SIMPLICITY. No matter where you are in your cycles of creativity, inspiration, and focus, allowing yourself the pleasure of simplicity can help your awareness to "capture" even the subtlest moments of inspiration.

What we mean by simplicity is similar to what we describe as "vividry". All of the simple moments of awareness in the moment are what add up to the heightened experience of vividry. But you do not have to aim for vividry. You can simply aim for appreciation of what is naturally noticed during your day and amplify it. For example, allow yourself to truly be present to your morning coffee, savoring this small pleasure. Or allow yourself to fully enjoy curling up on the couch and watching a movie. If you find yourself on the phone or video with a dear friend, take a moment to acknowledge your pleasure in this and even express this pleasure to your friend. As you can see, there are many ways throughout your day to enjoy "the little things". And this is what we mean by SIMPLICITY. It also means that if you are working on a goal, you let yourself complete one step at a time, enjoying each step fully, with full patience and confidence that all of those steps will add up to the completion of the goal.

We could go "on and on" as our channel likes to say, but we will pause to hear your response before we address empowerment.

avi

Yes I think the simplicity aspect is what I want to anchor myself more into especially as I open myself up to meeting more of my spirit family and also move forward on my goals. I have so many passions and projects, it can feel so difficult to do one step at a time and enjoy each step. Especially since all of my examples of working towards goals esp professionally are usually so frantic and disorganized and I feel myself resisting that but also not quite sure how to still take steps forward. Awareness and apprecitaion of the process will help

And the whole taking myself back to shore thing. I'm not sure if it's my martial body for health or what but I often feel like I can handle so much and I very much do want to help my community and the collective so i can sometimes feel bad if I'm not like...in the waves as often

But obviously as you've pointed out, it's not helpful for me to pressure myself to always be on and up, even if I'm in a good place where I feel energetically able to contribute and have a vision for how I can contribute. And where I hope to go/what I hope to co-create with likeminded folks

MEntity

Yes, the simplicity can also help you to do only that which you can do and to enjoy that, NOW, while releasing what you cannot control or what cannot be done, NOW.

Simplicity is the choice to always return yourself back to your presence, NOW, and what you can appreciate and do, NOW.

Your vision is big and will take time and nurturing. But allow your enjoyment of all of the little steps within this vision that will one day add up to the entirety of your vision. We do not need to tell you that if your enthusiasm for fulfillment of the vision turns to impatience and frustration, then you will likely not enjoy the journey to your destination and may even "miss" some of the steps that are necessary to get you there. Simplicity will allow you to truly nurture every step along the way in order to build a solid structure to "hold" your completed vision.

And yes, you are correct about your martial body-type striving for more and more with confidence in its energy and vitality. With this body-type governing your health, you may be used to a pattern of all out "sprinting," collapsing, "sprinting," collapsing. With this body-type helping to create your life patterns, it can be easy to experience seemingly never ending energy until you collapse in burn-out. Part of the cultivation of health for this body-type is in learning to pace yourself and modulate your outflows of energy, as well as giving yourself plenty of physical activity and physical "rest" (the rest we refer to here would be regular massages, for example)

To return to empowerment, we think simplicity, presence, and CHOICE are your best "tools".

When you find yourself "spiraling," impatient, worrying, and lacking confidence, bring yourself back to your presence in the now, simplify (focus on and appreciate one thing), and then consciously choose what comes next.

avi

Thank you. This is all very helpful

per usual lol

MEntity: Another "tool" we can offer would be to find moments to stop taking yourself and everything else so seriously. We know this can be hard for a Priest, but it can be done. Allow and create moments to laugh, make fun of yourself, break out into song and dance and silliness. You don't have to have a reason to play and have fun other than you are becoming too serious and losing your sense of enjoying the journey.

avi

loool yeah it is hard. i'll do that more for sure

it comes easily sometimes but when the waves get too strong, the seriousness gets strong too lol...having fun seems counterintuitive in those moments but i know it helps, i'll be more conscious to ti

MEntity

Yes, when the waves get too strong, you and many "panic," rather than relax and "enjoy the ride" of being out of control.

When the waves get more intense, you can either tense up, brace yourself and resist, or your can let go and let yourself be tossed around, laughing at it all and yourself. We do not mean to ignore your very real feelings and concerns because you care about what is happening in your world and what could happen. But we think you can feel the difference between tensing up, being overwhelmed, and "sinking like a rock" to the bottom of the sea and choosing to surrender to it all and allow yourself some "lightness" in these moments.

In these moments, before, and after these moments.

Avi: yes i can feel the difference

MEntity

The choice to laugh and have fun does not mean you do not care or that you won't continue to find ways to make a difference. It simply means that you acknowledge the accessibility of beauty/oneness at all times, even in the midst of the most intense and trying times.

We can also say that we see the waves of energy "lightening up" a bit beginning in May. We think this will come less from collective paths being freed from challenge and distraction and more from personal paths being cleared and new momentum toward visions being secured.

We think after May that many of our students will begin to find more of their footing, more of their "sea legs" in this collective "ocean" of change.

Avi: um should i just expect this ocean of change to be for the rest of my life since it's the beginning of the mature soul age lol

MEntity: Yes

avi

alrighty game on

could be fun lol

i'll choose the fun rather

MEntity

This attitude of "game on" is appropriate since you and the collective have chosen to be here and have created this evolutionary transition. It is YOURS. You came to play and participate. Your attitude and choices matter. And you will always have the choice to go back to shore, periodically, before returning to splash, play, swim, and enjoy the waters of life.

We will conclude here for today. Good day to you, Avi. Goodbye for now.
