Five years ago, I decided to make the big leap into changing careers, starting over.  And I asked Michael about what kept holding me back from moving forward.  It was Passion:

Michael: Your success is not dependent upon business sense or connections as much as it is dependent upon your patience, persistence, effort, and passion. And passion is your greatest obstacle because you distrust passion, and do not recognize its practical function. But if you consider that you have a right to your passion, to your vision, to your enthusiasm and shed the imprinting/wounding of second-guessing, shame, arrogance and envy associated with passion, you are free.

Things definitely shifted this year-  I can feel a momentum that wasn't there before.  Noticing a LOT of TRUES in the Platforms this year.  Looks like we are all poised to make BIG LEAPS!
