Working Groups Again
This material was received in a private session on July 3, 2025
MEntity: Hello to you, Janet. We are here, now. We can begin.
Janet:
Good morning Michael!
Please supply the working group for these TLE members that I think don’t have them: Eric M, Renata, Sonny, Zahra, Marvin and Christian
MEntity:
We are looking.
If we are correct in extracting the data: ERIC = COYOTE; RENATA = PANTHER; SONNY = RIVER OTTER; ZAHRA = OWL; MARVIN = ANT; CHRISTIAN = STINGRAY
Janet:
Thank you!
A session by Sarah Chambers/Victoria Marina Thompkins many years ago provided the info below. Will you please comment on the accuracy of the information and add any new information that you believe is relevant. (I believe you’ve already indicated that a working group can have 42 fragments.)
MEntity: The [working] groups were composed of either 35 or 49 fragments, much smaller than the 5,000 strong magnetic kingdoms, and were structured according to cadences, much like the casting order.
Question: What is the internal structure of these groups?
MEntity: There are indeed functions of these cadences and the positions in the cadences within the working groups. The positions within the cadence in the working groups do run according to casting order, in the same ‘format’, but can be different from the individual fragment's position in the entity. In other words, the fragment who is in position one of the cadence is the person who looks out for the common good of the cadence; the fragment in the number two position is responsible for the artistic and creative integrity of the community/cadence and so on. The fragment who occupies the sixth position is responsible for the spiritual well-being of the group.
MEntity: In terms of the work of the cadences and their position in the larger group, we would say that cadences one and two represent work in the world, three and four work in the community itself, and cadence five is the bridge to the other working groups on a spiritual level, or as a sage communicator. In some of the larger working groups there are seven cadences, representing the 7X7 formula that the Tao appears to favor. In these larger groups, there would be a closer resemblance to the usual role order, with the priest cadence looking out for the higher ideal of the community and the king cadence taking the leadership role.
– end of content being examined
MEntity: The elaboration cited here is valid, but speculative at the time. The numerical positions within a Working Group will carry meaning and the interpretations cited here could be valid, but as these groups are formed, not CAST, the positions are not consistent in terms of all 1s are this and all 6s are that. We know now that individual positions and cadence positions are far more independently defined than defined by inherent definitions.
Janet:
Please continue with whatever else you have to say about the content, but since we’re examining the content of that session, there is one more question from it: At the time, I believe the individual asking questions about working groups had been identified as a member of the Eagle working group. This content was presented:
MEntity: For instance, the focus of the Eagle group is shamanic in nature, and several of the Eagle fragments have elected to work with those fragments who are dying in order to promote a more healthy process around this transition.
Is this content valid and will you please develop this info into a theme for Eagle working group?
MEntity: THEME: elevated perspectives, transition stewardship, catalytic vision through shamanic presence - these fragments hold positions of witnessing, guiding, and seeing beyond. Life for these fragments, particularly during activation periods, tend to be related to death, transitions, transformation, both literal and metaphorical. When this group is active, members are often midwives, birth or death doula, counselors, therapists, random catalysts, etc. Anything that allows a "bird's eye view" to help others during disorientation, collapse, liminality. Where others may grieve, spiral, or resist the unknown, Eagles tend to see continuity and meaning in change.
Janet:
Interesting. So, as time permits: will you also provide themes for these working groups:
Scarab, Puma, Bat, Bee, Elephant, Lion, Wildebeest.
I do not think there is time for all of them, but perhaps 1 or 2.
(These are groups identified for TLE members for which we currently have no other info.)
MEntity:
SCARAB: transformations through cycles of decay and rebirth, a kind of protection for inner potential. This is a group that preserves the alchemy of change, guiding others through inner deaths and renewal. Their task is to hold space for the unseen labor of evolution.
PUMA: Focused power, strategic solitude, some leadership but indirect - This is an interesting group known for their ability to act without needing validation, using instinctive confidence and grounded strength. There is a great trust in their paths, especially during times of fragmentation or when it seems momentum has been lost.
BAT: Embodying liminality, bridging the unseen, an ability to live between worlds - these members are all about thresholds, those that exist between light and dark, life and death, logic and instinct, etc. They tend to work with dreams, symbolism, emotional depths.
BEE: cohesion, collective effort, sustainable systems - These members hold a frequency for purposeful structures, harmonious group systems, preserving the sense that humanity is a hive of meaning where each individual is a vital note in a collective chord, so to speak.
ELEPHANT: enduring wisdom, grief as a legacy, slow conscious movement, particularly toward justice - These fragments carry vast stores of emotional and historical memory, often operating with great patience and depth, bringing long arcs of compassion. They tend to focus on healing intergenerational trauma.
LION: guardianship and a deep devotion to the wildness of life - these members act as mentors, visionaries, a group who helps keep the pace of cycles between rest and roar, so to speak. They tend to focus on authentic self-respect that helps build confidence within communities.
WILDEBEEST: perseverance, enduring momentum, and collected wisdom (usually through travels) - This group focuses on momentum and movement straight through adversity, carrying themselves and others forward, even without knowing a destination. This group activates in times of serious survival, particularly when there would seem to be no relief in sight.
We think we have covered the requests, though there is always room for elaborations, if requested.
Janet: Wow. Thanks Michael! And thank you to Troy for going over time.
MEntity: Good day to you, Janet. We will conclude here. Goodbye, for now.
