1204 Travel to Japan and Dream

 PRIVATE SESSION - 2025.12.04

*************

MEntity: Hello to you, Janet. We are here, now. We can begin.

Janet:

Hello Michael!

I have two questions today. I’m going to post them both at once because the second involves a dream and I think it might be more productive if you don’t have to come back and start reading again after answering the first question.

First, I want to ask you about my proposed travel to Japan at the end of April 2026 to join a transpacific cruise. I booked this cruise many months ago. I have lined up a flight to Tokyo and have a hotel room reserved. I’ll either pay for the entire thing on January 1 or back out.

I read that it’s possible to sail around the world via repositioning cruises, so I have a loose goal to try to do that. I’ve sailed the Atlantic, and I’ve sailed from the East Coast of the US to the West Coast via the Panama Canal. Sailing the Pacific is the next step. I’ve never been tempted to go to Japan before, but a few things have come to my attention that made me curious. And of course my next lifetime might be in Japan. So … SOMETHING made me sit up and take notice of this cruise in order to book it in the first place. I don’t know why I’ve been reluctant to commit.

Will you please comment on this trip and any agreements pending that are connected to it? It’s likely that I will go unless something definitive in the next few weeks makes me back out.

Then, please review and comment on a dream I had in the early morning of December 2.

Excerpt from dream log:

I wanted to visit my other house. I climbed into the tube that led down into it. I had difficulties moving, as I often do when I am out of body, but this didn’t feel like out of body. I managed to pull myself down a couple of steps.

Then I was opening the door to the other house. I remembered at that point that there were only a couple of steps to go over to enter a small open vehicle that traveled the rest of the way.

But there was a problem. I had entered into “my” room at the other house, and the entrance to the house was not supposed to be there but at the other side of the house. Worse, there was water all over the floor – water was leaking into the room from somewhere. There was even a small water caterpillar on the rug. It had a colorful but alien look.

I went to investigate the house. I walked down the hall past the other two bedrooms. The middle room seemed okay, but the last room was where the entrance was supposed to be and it was the wrong size.

I went toward the front of the house to see what else had changed. The front room was now very large and full of people and what looked like easels. They were working on a project of some sort. I met a tall blond man coming out of the room holding one of the flat objects they were working on and we briefly discussed what it was. I don’t remember any of the details but I remember I made a suggestion for it.

I did not know the man but I told him about the changes to the house and we talked about what might be happening. I pointed out to him that the room on the far side of the house was also not at all like it was supposed to be, and I referenced my grandmother’s house and how she did things.

At some point I realized that the house layout was supposed to be more like my grandmother’s house. In her house, that side room was her bedroom. Her house had a front room, but where the three bedrooms along the back were, her house had a bathroom, a bedroom, and an entrance to the staircase leading to the basement.

The entrance to the house in the dream was supposed to be in the “room” where my grandmother’s house had an entrance to the basement.

I never saw the actual door to the house in the dream. My real grandmother did not do the things I told the man in the dream. I don’t remember specifics, but there was something about bringing chairs out of that side room into the living room.

I went home and then went back, more than once, thinking to get back to the original house, but it never happened. But the tall man was always there. Finally I asked for his name so that I could search for him in my real world to see if he existed there. I wrote it down but I don’t remember the name.

The house layout never changed back to the original layout, and at the end the house had changed again. I took a young person with me that time, to introduce the person to that world and an opportunity to get a 2-year or 4-year degree there.

That time we spoke to a woman, and I wanted to ask her if she was aware of the changes in traveling to this house, but I remembered that the young person with me didn’t know we had traveled elsewhere and I wasn’t sure if the woman did either.

… end of dream log

My grandmother died more than 30 years ago. I have fond memories of her and that house. It’s a very old house in a very small town. I don’t know why I chose a symbolic version of her house for this dream.

-- end of questions

MEntity:

We are assessing and compiling a response.

First, the draw to the trip in April is likely due to 3 pending Agreements, one as a Teaching Agreement, another as a Reunion Agreement, and another an Adventure Agreement. None of these are life-changing or vital, but part of what is shaping up as part of the trip. This seems to be a trip that is aimed for a lot of fun.

Your reluctance comes from your Attitude assessing whether this is a necessary use of your energy. You are not reluctant due to any danger, disruption, or pending complication, but simply a part of you saying, "let me be sure this expenditure of energy aligns with my overall arc for the year."

What you CAN trust is the following:

If you go, there will be meaning. If you do not go, there will be no loss.

It seems you are leaning more toward going than not going, so it would seem your Essence is in motion, but your Personality is simply asking for clarity.

Janet: I'd concur with that assessment. Thank you!

MEntity:

We see no reason to back out unless financial or logistical stress becomes unnecessary strain for you.

Regarding the dream of two houses:

Your house may represent conscious identity, routines, and a concept of yourself, while the other house may represent a developing or emerging state of self you are slowly integrating. The tube seems to have been symbolic of the transition between states of consciousness. The difficulty moving seems to reflect possible waking life struggles around navigating changes as an "old map" and a "new map" exist simultaneously.

The water here in this context seems to represent emotion, truth, and unprocessed feelings. The water leaking into the wrong room was a kind of feedback that your emotional life is now flowing into areas of identity that had been previously "dry", compartmentalized, or dormant. It may mean you are less able to keep your emotional nature "in its place". This is good and represents an evolution, even if disorienting. The small water caterpillar may be an new emotional instinct, something alive and unfamiliar but harmless. A developmental stage.

Rooms may represent functional areas of your psyche. The rooms that remain unchanged, may be aspects of the self that are already stable and integrated, while the rooms that shift in size and location are aspects that are reorganizing in how they relate to your path. This is why the house never returns to its original layout, because you cannot go back. Your internal map has been renovated.

The entrance not being where it "should" be may mean you can no longer initiate life from the same place of identity you may have used for decades. The point of entry to your future has moved, so to speak.

The tall blonde may have been an aspect of your own Essence, not another person, though we would not be surprised if someone with his likeness is met in your travels.

He functions symbolically here as a stabilizing projection of your Higher Intellectual Center, which can interpret change rather than resist it.

Your collaborative conversation indicates that you are beginning to work more consciously with this part of yourself. The fact that you ask for his name reveals a phase of self-recognition, or a kind of "I want to know who I am becoming."

The group of people was likely aspects of your collective psyche engaged in active creation. They may represent how your Essence and Personality are currently collaborating on new paths, projects, and meaning in life. A co-creation of a new internal landscape.

The young person you brought seems to be a developmental part of your personality that is ready for education, growth, new opportunities, and new worlds.

The degree program probably symbolized preparing for a very real next chapter.

Your grandmother's house structure may be representative of emotional safety, predictable future and generational continuity. However, your dream shows you moving into a version of yourself that no longer follows inherited structures.

Janet: You're very good at interpreting dreams, Michael. I have the sense that you enjoy doing this.

MEntity:

Overall, it seems to be a dream about undergoing a meaningful internal reorganization. You may be moving away from a life defined by stability, familiarity, and inherited structures. You are moving toward a life defined by creative expansion, co-creation with Essence and new points of entry into experiences.

Although we do enjoy this, it is also the nature of the higher planes to work with this form of comunication.

Janet: It's a good thing when your job involves doing things you like to do.

MEntity: It is also the same for the Physical Plane, in all fairness, as language is merely symbolic representations.

Janet: I know we're out of time. Thank you, Michael.

MEntity:

The seamlessness you experience in speaking of an object using words is similar to the seamlessness we experience in translating objects back into words.

Good day to you, Janet. Goodbye, for now.
