Diane: In my last POF you mentioned: "the fragment known as "Tex" would do well to consider his Lunar Body type a consideration, in terms of the Pancreas and the processing of Sugars, or his levels of energy in general".
Could you elaborate further on Tex's levels of energy and how it's related to how his body processes sugars? He has had low energy levels pretty much all his life.

In response to your first question, Diane, we would say that he would do well to have a competent and trusted physician test his blood sugar and Pancreas functions. We do not have medical terminology through this channel, but we think that is clear enough. Testing these would help to prevent or divert any unintended effects of the diet, or weaknesses of the Pancreatic processes.
While there may be some controversial or conflicting information regarding the way the human body utilizes sugars, enough consistency is available for one to make an informed decision about foods that lean toward or away from processed or synthetic sugars.
In addition to that, the measuring and understanding of the pace at which fuels are consumed during the day, when they are consumed, and in what quantities, as they are appropriate for his body, can help to see more sustained energy.
In broader terms, lethargy begets lethargy, so the succumbing to it can make it easier and easier to succumb to it, especially if this is a habit gained over the lifetime. This can be overridden through choice in Action. Doing, when otherwise one would not DO. Giving permission when completely fatigued, but choosing otherwise to DO when one can.
[Diane_H] I would say he has pushed himself forward all his life, and he does so with caffeine.

In response to your comment: the fragment in question can benefit from Caffeine, but it is not ideal. Only those fragments with Frequencies above 70 can truly process Caffeine in ways that are "beneficial."
He would do well to cut that intake in half, at least, either through a "half-decaf" blend, or actively alternating between water-processed decaffination and caffeine. We would not say it is necessary to remove this, but simply to turn it into a by-product of enjoyed fuels, rather than as a fuel of dependency.
Greater than caffeine, though weaker in terms of addiction and habit, is the power and fuel of CHOICE.
Practicing Choosing DOING when otherwise the choice might be to Not Do, can begin to open both electrical and material pathways in the bodies.
We know there are more accurate terms to replace "electrical and material," but we think this is close.

Diane's Note: This response is revising my preconceived notions of what I can choose. When I don't have an external structure enforced by a job or classroom setting, I often don't do a lot of little things if I didn't feel like doing it. Things like giving myself a schedule, staying focused on the present task, cooking at home, eating healthier foods, exercising, cleaning, etc. You get the picture. I figured that I would wait around until I feel like doing it, and that ends up being when the dishes pile up in the sink, when there's enough crap lying around to bother me, or when I've put on 20 pounds from eating out all the time. Of course, sometimes they're just not enough of a priority for me, but they've gained enough priority for me to consider changing my habitual choices.
