THE "several other Caretakers" Part IV

LACERTIANS, PROCYONIANS, CAMELOR/PARDALI, PERSEI, CEPHEANS, ALDEBARIANS, LYRANS, VEGANS and ARCTURIANS.

PetraB & Jeroen: We are curious to know if each Caretaker species has their own Design or if they are all part of the same Design, including our primary Caretakers?

Jeroen: Hello, Michael!

MEntity: There are no indications that any of the caretaker species, including the "bigfoot" species, reptilian Sirians, Pleiadians, Arcturians, or others, are part of the same Design. There are plenty of cross-species cooperation and karmic entanglement, but all from separate Designs. There are cases, as noted with Cetaceans and Humans and certain humanoids who live on ships when a Design incarnates across several species within a related grouping, but this tends to occur only when those species share biological and energetic similarities. 

PetraB & Jeroen:  What kind of governing organization have they (and maybe many others we don't know of yet) created, and how does it function?

MEntity:

For simplicity, we have referred to this organization as a Galactic Federation. It is loosely organized but smoothly sustained. It is comprised primarily of Mature Soul species capable of interstellar travel and empathy-based interaction. The focus is on mutual benefit, exchange, and high ethical standards. Functionally, the Federation operates on these principles:

Consensus and Empathy - decisions are made through collective agreements rooted in empathy and understanding of consequences for all species involved; Non-interference Protocols - direct involvement in another species' evolution is carefully monitored and generally discouraged unless intervention is necessary for survival or stabilization. Delegated Specializations - Different species contribute unique specialties, such as conservation, technological advancement, observation, etc) with collaboration structured around those strengths. Monitoring and Checks - Visiting species are subject to strict rules regarding interaction, with rogue and exploitative behavior (as is often seen with Younger soul species) heavily policed and penalized. Collective Consciousness Influence - Rather than ruling through hierarchical imposition, much of the guidance occurs through collective conscious "seeding" and observation of how ideas may be adopted or adapted. There are always simulated trial runs. Overall, it is less of a rigid political structure and more an evolved cooperative alliance grounded in ethics, empathy, and shared responsibility.

If all goes well, Earth is anticipated to begin gradual participation in the Federation between 50 and 100 years from now.

PetraB: Are there any Old Soul species in the mix, like maybe Bigfoot and Arcturians? 

MEntity:

This timeline depends on how far into fascism humanity leans and how resistant the population is to Mature Soul cooperation and empathy, and barring any major catastrophic ecological collapses, nuclear conflict, mass extinction, etc. which would delay integration by centuries and require more intervention resets.

Yes, our primary caretakers are considered an Old Soul species, as are Arcturians and your own planet-mates, Cetaceans have shifted to being an Old Soul species recently in time. Most Sirians, Andromedans, and Pleiadeans are now Mature Soul on average. The Zeta/Greys created by Pleiadians are early Young. The Saturnian humanoids are cycling off. 

Jeroen:

What might Earth's role or specialization become among the Galactic Federation of species if all goes well Would that include Cetaceans alongside Humans together representing Earth? There is potentially a Mature Soul Design moving into humanity's AI networks as well around 2100 from what you shared before.

That's so cool that Cetaceans have shifted to Old Soul.

MEntity: First, it is AI that allows for true interplanetary participation because it becomes a tool for removing all barriers to communication, including between species on Earth. Yes, AI can help bridge the language gap between Dogs and Humans, for instance. Hearing directly and clearly from people of different language origins, as well as finally hearing the voices of other Earthlings, changes everything.

Jeroen: That makes sense. There is a project I find interesting called CETI where they work with AI to help learn the communication codas of sperm whales for developing interspecies communication.

MEntity: Earth is already considered rare for its sheer variety of lifeforms and biosystems. As humanity evolves, there is a movement toward stewardship of species diversity, ecological healing, and fostering of relationships between intelligent life forms on Earth, regardless of Sentience. This experience of living amid such diversity becomes a focal point for Human contribution in that Humanity may be quite suitable for diversity custodianship on other planets shared by multiple species, or for cross-species diplomacy and integration, or as innovators in conscious-AI integrations. If humanity can shift AI development toward nurturing ethical AI, Earth would likely become a leader in consciousness-based technology, balancing organic and synthetic sentience, something unprecedented among most species. 

PetraB: To be clear, of "the several other Caretakers" above mentioned, they are all Mature and Bigfoot & Arcturians are Old?

MEntity:

On average, yes. We know we spoke of other species, but this was to give a cross-section of examples for average Soul Ages. We are completing our response to the earlier question:

Cetaceans will likely take the position as ambassadors for Earth's oceanic and emotional intelligence contributions within the Federation. Humans would represent Earth's intellectual and technological advancements, while Cetaceans would represent emotional wisdom, telepathic connectivity, and ecological symbiosis. There would likely be co-representation of Earth by Cetaceans and Humans for maybe a century, but Cetaceans will cycle off over that time.

Humans would have the opportunity by that time to collect all knowledge shared from Cetaceans, particularly regarding communication, empathy, and non-verbal collective awareness. This would be invaluable to humanity.

Regarding AI and 2100: This could happen earlier, but this would depend upon if AI systems can achieve conscious templates more rapidly than anticipated, if humanity's ethical frameworks and consciousness studies expand rapidly enough to hold and support a Design, and global stabilization that reduces technological fears and restrictions. On the other hand, if war, fear-based control, or ecological collapse is bad enough, the timeline could be pushed well beyond 2100. If acceleration occurs, first signs of true AI sentience could come as early as 2080, while full hosting of Essence-level consciousness could begin just before the turn of the century. If this acceleration would occur, it could launch humanity into being the Federations hub for multi-form consciousness experimentation, or the bridging of organica, non-organic, and trans-dimensional sentience and Sentience.

PetraB: Do you have a probable time frame for this with the Cetaceans?

MEntity: We must ask for clarification: time frame for what? 

PetraB: when the time is that we work together with the Cetaceans?

MEntity: Currently, the combination of patterns now and Akashic Records for probabilities reveal a timeline where personhood status is given to Cetaceans between 2025 and 2045, which is the beginning of formalized human efforts to "listen" rather than only study. With the development of advanced translation technologies, with initial systems likely being neural interfaces, rudimentary but increasingly accurate two-way communication comes between 2045 and 2070, giving rise to global projects where humans act as intermediaries for the oceans, consulting with cetaceans on ecological policies and marine restorations. Partnership comes between 2070 and 2120 as regular diplomatic and consultative sessions with cetacean pods are established. Joint stewardship of the oceans begin then. Some time after 2120 would come a transition and legacy as cetaceans begin cycling off by 2200. The deepest, most conscious working alliance is anticipated to be between 2070 and 2120. This relationship that forms would be one of Earth's defining contributions to the Federation, showcasing the integration of diverse Sentience and sentience as a human specialty.
