Michael on Healing Shame

MEntity: Hello, Nick and Dawn. We are here, now. We can begin.

NickG:

Hello Michael! Good to talk to you today. here has been an energetic/agreement/cording that’s been at play for quite a while now we would like to get your insight about. We both often feel each other quite strongly energetically and psychically. We both have completed our sacral and heart links and are working on our crown link. We feel the crown link has been very active lately because we both get head shivers and tingles and feel like somethings going on. Each of us tends to feel the other person in our own way as a kind of energy overlap that enriches ourselves and the other person in our own unique ways. So, our questions are:

1. What do you see as this energy overlap? Is it because of the links and cording or some kind of psychic element or all the above? What dynamic do you see at play?

2. We would like to know how we are progressing with our crown link. Like we mentioned we have both felt the crown link very actively lately as physical shivers in our head and are wondering what that’s about?

3. Dawn has also had a lot of dreams related to the Victorian era about us, that she’s mentioned some to you before, and keeps having them. We had a theory that maybe we were finishing up a cluster theme of lifetimes and were prepping for some “good trouble” for the next round.

And feel free of course to comment in any way you see fit.

One moment as we compile our responses.

1) All of the above. In a nutshell, all of this energy "play" and sensing of what you call "overlap" can be summed up with our chosen term RESONANCE. AFFECTION also works, in this case.

The cording is physical, but it operates within your manifested essences so that not only physical information is being exchanged between you, but also non-physical or astral information is being conveyed through your resonance through essence and the higher centers.

Beyond the simple pleasure of the resonance and affection, much of the dynamic you experience is that of the healing and celebration that comes with REUNION.

Within this dynamic of reunion is a powerful prompt for SELF-REMEMBERING and the remembering of many of your interests and "agendas" chosen before the lifetime. Simply meeting, again, in incarnation, is a reminder for both of you of who you are in essence and what you intended to explore.

2) Your link is secured, and it is only a matter of your continued sharing at this level and your continued comprehension of your link. We think the "shivers" are your bodies' experience and translation of your souls' communication through TELEPATHY. It is a kind of signal that "I AM HERE," respectively and "I AM COMMUNICATING WITH YOU".

This communication may not always translate into words in the moment, although the words and concepts will often come later. Your emotion, feeling, and knowing of the "gist" of your communication, however, is valid and usually accurate.

3) We do not see a cluster associated with this time period. It appears these dreams may be more symbolic in terms of you both processing and healing SHAME in this lifetime, of course, as well as resonant past lifetimes and shared lifetimes.

You have already processed and healed much shame together due to the sacral link, but the work on your crown link is prompting exploration of deeper layers of healing shame as you aim for TRANSCENDENCE.

This lifetime appears to be one where you can now relate without much crippling shame, so you are in relatively new territory in that regard. And yes, your essences are already in conversation and planning for future lifetimes. There are many possibilities and probabilities for the contexts and themes of these future reunions even as your continued choices in this lifetime influence and change the reality of these unfolding future lifetimes.

There are various themes related to shame that you both are exploring, some related to being "in" a female and male body, respectively, but we think the central theme has to do with not being who you expected yourselves to be. By expectations, we mean others' expectations of who you were to be and your own.

In general, we can also say that there is some exploration of healing shame around PLEASURE and what brings you pleasure.

NickG: Does our Essences have a cryptic message for the both of us?

MEntity:

The securing of the crown link brings this deeper exploration of shame because of its emphasis on TRUTH. Shame is generated from LIES, and you cannot secure your crown link without freeing yourselves from the shame held in place by the lies. The shame is like a "weight" that keeps you from freely traversing and exploring universal truth and validating your own "higher truths" and philosophies.

We are not sure how you are defining "good trouble" in this instance, but we think we understand what the range of meanings could be, and we can say with assurance that yes, you have at least one future lifetime of "good trouble" and likely more than one. We can get more details on this lifetime or lifetimes through our channels in future exchanges.
