Hello to each of you. We are here, now. We can begin now. We open the queue now for your questions. We will call upon each in order. QUEUE IS OPEN
Yes, Christian
Christian Falde: I couldn't find anything in the Library on this. What is going on at the location referred to as Skinwalker Ranch?
MEntity:
Our first response is to say that this subject sits at the intersection of genuine anomaly, human projection, environmental complexities, and cultural myth making. Skinwalker Ranch is certainly not nonsense, but neither is it what most narratives insist it must be.
What is referred to as Skinwalker Ranch is a location where multiple variables overlap in a way that amplifies perception and interpretation. This is important to understand as many seek a single cause when in reality there are layers of contribution.
There are geological and electromagnetic instabilities, for example. The region contains unusual subsurface geology, including fault lines, mineral density shifts, and piezoelectric effects. These can easily generate fluctuating electromagnetic fields capable of interfering with instruments, producing light phenomena, affecting animal nervous systems, and even distorting human perception, memory, and emotional regulation. This alone can account for a surprising portion of the reported data, including erratic measurements and behavioral changes in animals and humans. In this context, there is nothing exotic, but poorly understood and rarely mapped and monitored events at sufficient resolution.
There is also the element of psychological amplification and expectation feedbacks, which happens when a location gains a narrative and that very narrative becomes an active variable.
Expectations alter perception and attention alters probability and fear alters memory. This does not mean witnesses are lying, but it does mean that human consciousness is participatory in this, and not just passive.
When people are primed for anomaly, subtle events are experienced as significant and ambiguous events are resolved to mean something, and coincidence is interpreted as intentional. This creates a feedback loop of noise that can feel external, and intelligent, and intrusive.
Moving further into the "rabbit hole" comes the fact that this region is teeming with Astral and Fragmentary Residue, if you will. There is a measurable astral density in this region because it has been used repeatedly across time as a kind of transitional zone.
This includes indigenous ceremonial use, trauma related to displacement and survival, repeated emotional imprinting tied to fear, vigilance and territory. Such residue can literally form shadow forms, peripheral movements, disembodied sounds, and apparent intelligence without a coherent identity. These are not entities in the way humans imagine aliens or demons, but are more accurately described as unresolved energetic patterns that can be temporarily animated by attention and fear.
And finally, we think there is great misattribution to extraterrestrial intelligence. We cannot find any on-going extraterrestrial research programs operating out of this region. We find no consistent evidence of non-human technological craft using this location as a base or portal. Much of the phenomena observed there is interpreted as technological because humans tend to equate intelligence with machinery when encountering complexity that exceeds their understanding.
In short, this is a phenomenal place that is rich with imagination and with anomalies, but we cannot find a coordinated non-terrestrial or dominant supernatural force behind all of it.

Petra: Can a Design cycle off when fragments that were committed do not incarnate in the Physical Plane?
MEntity: All fragments in a Design will incarnate.
Petra: Thanks, we have still one missing.
MEntity:
To answer more specifically, a Design can proceed through the planes in various parts, such as cadres and entities and energy rings moving forward while others remain without incarnations or slow to move through lives. There is no race, but no Design will complete a Grand Cycle without all fragments having experienced evolution in all of the Planes.

Connor: In the 1967 Patterson-Gimlin film, which you confirmed was a genuine recording of a Caretaker walking through the woods of northern California. This disgruntled caretaker was not wearing any clothes. Perhaps there is no need due to their fur, but it made me curious: Do caretakers wear clothes/have a sense of fashion? Or do they all just walk around naked like the one who was filmed?
MEntity:
The short answer is that this species does wear clothing and has a sense of fashion and symbolism in their clothing. However, for expeditions, one must be "naked" when in the field for the effects of invisibility. Humans do not actually see what is present. Humans see what the brain decides is relevant to see. Caretakers use a means of invisibility that could be described as perceptual exclusion. Human vision locks onto familiar silhouettes, known movement rhythms, expected scale and proportion, and familiar forms. Caretakers move and position themselves in ways that do not resolve easily into any known category. To the human brain, this registers as shadows, foliage movement, depth perception error, light fluctuation, and peripheral noise, but the brain dismisses it before conscious recognition can occur. The human brain finalizes and moves on. This is not really a means of telepathic control but a kind of cloaking tactic that takes advantage of the limited range of sight humans have.
If caretakers were to wear their customary gear and gowns and garb, it would be much more difficult to employ this strategy.

Maureen: What do you think of the idea of having and working with an 8th Chakra called the Soul Star Chakra located about a foot or less above the Crown (7th) Chakra? I’ve become aware of this Chakra since I’ve been working with Tuning Forks for Sound Therapy. I’d never heard of it before. I think it’s a modern addition. Are there actually 8 major chakras (or more?) and not 7? If this is so, what is the best way to heal/balance/work with this chakra?
MEntity:
Yes, there are more than 7 Chakras. There are hundreds. However, the 7 Chakras of emphasis are primary chakras, and then there are secondary chakras that are combinations or extensions of the 7. There are chakras that have developed over time between and "behind" the Throat and Heart, between the Heart and Solar. The same is in process "between and behind" each set of 2 within the 7 Chakras. We will avoid assigning numerical values to those beyond the 7, but the "Soul Star Chakra" would be more like a 10th Chakra than an 8th if looking at the sequential activations. This is actually a Chakra that would be behind and between the Brow and Crown, but because of its function and form, it appears in the imagination to be "higher" in presentation.
The particular chakra in question has actually activated as a form of integration between the Crown and Brow, or between "spirit" and "vision/perception/dreaming", and may not require all that much intentional healing. Its activation is the result of mass cultivation of contradictions between what is known and what is seen. The reality of incongruence between the truth of humanity's capacity for compassion and peace and its apparent return over and over to war and cruelty has forced many to activate a secondary processing chakra/chamber for reconciling this. It is a means of psychic survival to be able to navigate the paradox of human behavior. It seems to have been activated in the 20th Century CE around the time of greater news coverage and then spread further with the Internet in the 90s. This is also the chakra that may have been cited as responsible for the so-called "indigo children" who are part of the new generations being born with these active simply due to the reality of exposure to conflicting truths.
If this contradicts what has already been learned or is already spreading as information about this particular chakra, we can address those discrepancies in a dedicated exchange on the subject. It may be time for us to expand on the chakra system and offer our understanding and its practical meaning for all of our students.

Renata: In the library session 0124 Channeling Agreements you said: KatjaB was "one of our Pythia". Which other TLE members - or other humans - were pythias at the Oracle of Delphi?
MEntity:
Several hundred fragments were part of our Pythia over time. We cannot name all of them, but we can say that many from your little community and from our wider circle of students were pythia.
We would require more dedicated focus for cross-referencing lifetimes with current names, though we seek to avoid naming individuals without their presence and consent.
NEXT, Jeroen
Jeroen: My lifetime known as Intan has a lemurian friend known as Zephronis, an Artisan-cast Sage. When I asked you about what Zephronis is up to in the Astral, you shared this here. “Zephronis as a personality is an historian in the Astral, part of an organization that provides galactic time tours through lost and unknown civilizations, particularly of Earth, but also other systems, though these are more of a simulation than a time tour.” Can you describe a lost or unknown civilization which this organization knows of and which we may not know about yet?
MEntity:
One example of a civilization known to Astral historians but largely unknown to modern humanity is what we might describe as a LITTORAL NETWORK CIVILIZATION, which is a distributed culture that existed intermittently along coastal shelves and archipelagic regions. We have mentioned these before to some extent, but we know of little validation or proof of these in your physical plane documentation. It did not exist as a single empire or centralized society, but as a kind of web of ocean-linked communities connected through shared cosmology, navigation, and relationships. We have mentioned sprawling civilizations along the coast where each part of that interconnected civilization acted as a kind of representation of chakras. The "chakra civilizations" came later but what we describe was the precursor to that. The littoral network built few permanent structures, left no written language, and produced little that endured materially. Their dwellings, tools, and vessels were actually designed to dissolve, decay, and be abandoned as environment shifted. Knowledge was preserved through oral transmission, in song, ritual, apprenticeships. Identities within this culture were defined by participation in the network rather than by individual ownership or legacy.
This civilization is likely absent from archeological records because it did not organize itself around permanence, domination, or monument building. When sea levels rose or climates changed, they moved. When populations shifted, the culture dissolved and re-formed rather than defending territories. Astral historians value such civilizations because they present evolutionary paths centered on temporal stewardship, identities based in context/relationship, and non-possessive continuity. These are all orientations that humanity did not stabilize into but still carry as echoes in some mythologies. These civilizations were not lost to catastrophe, but to their success at living so lightly. This kind of civilization is difficult to validate because modern methods of history are designed to find what insisted on remaining rather than on what/who knew when to leave.
We will conclude with a final question from UMA.
Uma: How many times has humanity had to 'start over' since we began incarnating? Since evolution moves only forward, one would assume that we are now the most evolved we've ever been, but history shows us that we had much more advanced civilizations in the past that no longer exist. What was the most 'advanced' society we have had in the past but no longer exists? And how and when did it end?
MEntity:
First, it is important to differentiate between evolution and civilization. Evolution never resets. What HAS happened repeatedly is the collapse of structures, systems, cities, etc. but not the collapse of Essence, or human capacity, or cumulative learning. The species carries forward memory, instinct, and adaptive intelligence even when civilizations fall. We would say that humanity has experienced at least 5 major civilizational collapses significant enough to require large scale reorganization of culture, technology, and social structure. Each collapse represented the end of a dominant model of living and the forced innovation or emergence of simpler more localized phases. Collapses came from environmental shifts, resource imbalances, internal social stratification, misalignment between technology and emotional maturity, and in some cases, abrupt geological or climatic events were involved. Each time, the species retained forward momentum at the biological and conscious level, but cultural complexity was temporarily reduced or gone.
Regarding where you are as humans in your evolution:
Humanity today is the most psychologically and emotionally differentiated it has ever been. You are not the most technologically elegant, nor the most energetically integrated, but you ARE the most reflective, self-questioning, and internally complex the species has ever known.
This is essential in the movement forward in your collective evolution. We can assure you, even if we cannot comfort you, that all of the atrocities and horrors that are endured in your time DO come to an end and have not returned to such a degree in most of your probable futures. This is because evolution does not reset. It can only move forward, even as you must carry the weight of those who resist.
We will conclude here for today. Good day to each of you. Goodbye, for now.
